Treasurer announced we had $88.5K across various accounts.

Capclave present: we need people for the fan table at Risucon August 17th and 18th at the White flint Marriott and convention center. Perrianne might be available on the 17th.

Capclave Future: met with Colette at the 4th of July picnic, hotel negotiations continue.

Capclave Far Future: watching Capclave future’s hotel negotiations. Dates and location will be decided in part by outcome of Capclave Future’s hotel negotiations and the Jewish holiday calendar.

Committee to actually discuss SF will discuss the various Hugo finalist series, related works, Lodestar. 3rd Friday will discuss WSFA Small Press Award finalist stories. First Friday August will read Asimov’s.

New Business: Sam Lubell proposed having an in person book club meeting in the evening or weekend at restaurants. He wanted to start with the first volume of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series (by this year’s Capclave GOH).
