The 7/4/25 Fourth of July Meeting was held at the Pomerantz/Overton Fabulous Bungalow at 2:30. As far as I could tell attendance included: Bob, Bill, Elaine, Carolyn, Cathy, Lee Strong, Rodger Sam L, Judy N, Kim, and Chris. There was no online meeting.

Minute were waived, treasurer’s report waived. Bob said we have money. Not hurting for cash. Sam for Capclave said invites to the program went out. We need a programming
meeting. Cathy for publicity arranged or the sharing of Capclave stuff for conventions. Email Cathy about distribution of fliers. Bill said he arranged for the Capclave gifts. Sam will send Bill the email about shirts. Need to check with Shirin about programming. Cathy volunteered to be Point of Contact for dealing with her. Arrangements were made
for a Capclave meeting.

Rodger for Capclave Future said will send out GoH invites. Committee reports: Sam L. gave the schedule for the committee to talk about SF. Cathy
gave her list of rewards for voting on the WSFA Small Press Award. August 3 deadline.
